Quicky run before hols
First run for nearly a week after a 18 mile week of fast runs. Target was 150hr, but it didn't feel super easy. Llanelli sprint tri in two days...
A steady run, didn't really want to be knew I should.
Was getting frustrated at home sitting around, so decided to do a very easy run - was going to do 150hr but after a mile it was even less - easy run
GPS started way off, this is 4 miles. Didn't feel very fit running this, but nothing hurt so OK
Fairly easy run after a 22 minute turbo 'Tikaboo' session, no probs
Quite a hard run really, but only 4 days until an olympic distance duathlon at Castle Combe so had to get something in. Right leg felt fine.
